We keep all our notes together and easily communicate, share ideas and updates. With a detailed calendar & corresponding To-Do list you can track your progress and see what’s coming next!

-At monthly planning meetings we will review progress in all areas of planning, beginning with

Budget outline and ongoing review
Special consultations to develop wedding theme and design
Vendor recommendations - Working with the right vendors is key to executing your vision for the perfect day. 
Appointment scheduling and reminders- to interview perspective vendors.
Contract Review and advice - facilitate negotiations so you have complete confidence that you are getting exactly what you are paying for, making sure everyone is on the same page.

-Unlimited phone calls, text & e-mail communication
-Setup timeline/itinerary for wedding week - Master copy shared with all your vendors, and edited copy for Wedding Party & Family.
-Final vendor check-in
-Final venue walk-through
-Manage & run rehearsal
-Wedding Day ‘What If’ Kit-Prepared to handle any snag, stain or headache

Wedding day coordination- Conducted by your wedding planner & her assistant
-Oversee setup at ceremony & reception site 
-Liaison for vendors & guests - No one should be coming to you, your mother or your groom for questions, payments, or hick-ups *gasp*
-Assist bride, family & wedding party 
-Conduct entire wedding day schedule
Organize & manage clean up & tear down.
